General Associate

Polar Ice is seeking proactive and organized individuals to join our team!

General Associates are responsible for providing guests with the highest level of customer service in an exciting atmosphere.

• Assisting with customer inquiries, processing payments, and support daily operations/events.
• Greeting guests as they enter the facility with a smile.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and rink schedules, memberships, and events.
• Handle all customer concerns in a proactive and positive manner
• Operate cash register with accuracy and integrity.
• Help maintain a pristine and safe work environment, including proactive cleaning and organizing on a daily basis. (To include locker room change overs between ice sessions, and other general upkeep duties.)
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills

Standing for long periods at a time. Able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

• Pay rate will be depending upon experience.
• Typical hourly rate for this position is $15-$25 per hour.
• Overtime paid at time and a half.
• Paychecks issued weekly.

There is flexibility with scheduling. The rink is open 7 days a week and we will have multiple full time and part time employees working together to cover all needed shifts.
