We are seeking a qualified and caring Dental/Surgical Assistant to join our team! As an Oral Surgeon Assistant, you will provide top‑notch dental care that makes our patients feel like family. You will provide assistance to the doctor during exams and procedures. The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Dental Assistant and is x‑ray certified. • Assist the surgeon during procedures and exams
• Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
• Discuss the oral surgery care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
• Take vital signs and accurately record anesthesia, biopsy, implant and bone grafting reports
• Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the doctor for exams and procedures
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
• Capture PAN and bitewing images

• Current DANB certification
• Dental assistance experience
• Breaking down and setting up operatory rooms
• Sterilization
• Ability to follow office protocols and oral surgery procedures
• Positive attitude
• Team player
• Knowledge of EMR systems
• Ability to provide high‑quality patient care
