Job Summary:An innovative leader responsible for the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program and personalized client solutions while reflecting the company’s ethos around people, processes, products and brand. The role requires translating client needs into actionable design concepts, conducting insightful in-home consultations, and fortifying sales teams with design expertise. This position is instrumental in elevating the design culture and is held to the utmost standards of professionalism and integrity.
Training Pay: $20 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)
Average Annual Earning Potential After Training: $70,000 - $100,000+ (inclusive of base, bonus, and commission)
