Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
- Graduate - Diploma from an accredited school of optometry. Licensing/Certification:
- Must have an Alaska license and be certified to use both diagnostic and therapeutic agents.
- Successfully pass the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease (TMOD) certification or the National Board of Examiners in Optometry equivalent.
