Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience or licensure appropriate for high school special education
• Strong ability to collaborate with general education teachers in a push-in/resource model
• Proven adaptability for working with diverse student populations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to commit for the full school year, with preference for those seeking long-term roles
• Previous experience with IEP development and implementation a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide resource support and push-in services within high school classrooms
• Collaborate with staff to differentiate instruction and accommodate students' learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for assigned caseload
• Maintain effective communication with families, administrators, and related service providers
• Track progress, assess student growth, and adjust instruction as needed
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive educational climate
