Job Description
Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
Actively looking to hire a licensed Special Education Teacher for the upcoming school year. The position is full‑time, contract, located in the Fishtown, PA area. As a Special Education Teacher, you will provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs, including learning disabilities, emotional or behavioral disorders, physical disabilities, and developmental delays.
Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
- Active Pennsylvania K‑12 Special Education Certification or 7‑12 Special Education Certification.
- Experience working with students with disabilities.
- Instruct students both individually and in group settings.
- Plan curriculum, special education programs and teaching methods.
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans).
