Job Description
Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Paraprofessional to join our educational team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a school setting and a genuine passion for supporting students' academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers with classroom management and provide instructional support
- Work one‑on‑one with students who need additional assistance
- Support students with special needs, adapting activities to suit their individual requirements
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with the preparation of instructional materials and classroom activities
- Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and other staff
- Help manage student behavior and maintain a safe classroom atmosphere
- Prior experience in a school setting required
- Must have PA Clearances
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to supporting the educational and emotional needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
