Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

Bilingual Therapies is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 support to students at the high school and middle school levels. These full‑time positions involve working closely with individual students who require specialized assistance throughout the school day. The ideal candidates will have experience in behavior management and a strong commitment to fostering student success.

• 1:1 Support: Provide individualized support to students, ensuring they are engaged and successful in their academic and social activities.
• Behavioral Intervention: Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by supervising staff.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to address the specific needs of each student.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and any interventions provided.
• Communication: Regularly communicate with the educational team and parents about the students progress and needs.
• Adaptability: Respond to the unique challenges of each student with patience, flexibility, and creativity.

• For RBTs: Must have an active RBT license.
• For Paraprofessionals: Experience in behavior management or working with students with special needs is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
