Job Description
:
We are looking for a qualified Special Education Teacher for a temporary position at a middle school in Fleetwood, PA. The teacher will work with 7th‑grade students, providing specialized instruction and support. This role requires a Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education and involves working onsite only.

• Instruction
  :
  Develop and deliver specialized instruction tailored to meet the needs of students with learning disabilities.
• IEP Management
  :
  Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), track student progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Assessment
  :
  Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and inform instructional planning.
• Classroom Management
  :
  Maintain a structured and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.

• Certification
  :
  Must be PA certified in Special Education.
• Experience
  :
  Prior experience teaching special education at the middle school level is preferred.
• Skills
  :
  Strong instructional and classroom management skills, with the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
