What we’re looking for:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience or strong interest working with school‑aged children
• Ability to effectively implement behavioral intervention plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing environments
• Up‑to‑date clearances required for working in schools

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to students as assigned in a classroom or school setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies under supervision
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
• Remain adaptable and ready to assist as needs arise throughout the school
