Spindle is hosting an expedited hiring wave to fill immediate, flexible per diem openings for Paraprofessionals / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for the 2026–2027 school year right here in Northwest Philly.

What You’ll Do- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in classrooms.
- Assist classroom teachers with daily instruction, routines, and lesson reinforcement.
- Support students with special needs by helping reinforce IEP goals and positive behavior strategies.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Ability to pass standard Pennsylvania school clearances (PA Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Fingerprinting).
- A passion for helping local students succeed.
- Previous experience working with youth (daycare, sports coaching, tutoring, or schools).
- Special education, behavioral support, or PCA experience.
