Position: Aerospace Quality Engineer (DIRECT HIRE) - $75K-$90K
Location: False Pass

Our client, an industry leader in aerospace applications, is seeking a Aerospace Quality Engineer (DIRECT HIRE) to join their team. As a Aerospace Quality Engineer (DIRECT HIRE), you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting manufacturing and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Aerospace Quality Engineer (DIRECT HIRE)
Location: Hanover, PA
Pay Range: $75K-$90K
Shift: 1st Shift

What’s the Job?
  • Provide leadership and support on aerospace programs and projects to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Review drawings, inspection sheets, process procedures, and procurement documentation to meet quality and configuration requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams on quality-related issues and customer programs such as PPAP.
  • Guide and support Quality Assurance Inspectors, technicians, and production staff on quality requirements and procedures.
  • Interface with design, manufacturing, purchasing, and inspection teams to support quality assurance activities and customer requirements.
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience and training.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an aeronautical environment within a quality control role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles, geometric dimensional tolerancing (GDT), gauging, calibration, and statistical analysis methods.
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment, analysis, and customer focus.
  • Highly proficient in computer literacy and quality documentation processes.
