What You Will Do In Your New Role:
- Analysis and evaluation of tender documents
- Development of offer calculations and conducting opportunity and risk assessments
- Creation of performance specifications
- Maintenance of cost calculation master data
What We Are Looking For In You:
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Ideally, you also have a technician or university degree in a technical field
- Knowledge of price-forming factors on construction sites (possibly construction site experience in mining)
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
- Experience in using construction cost estimation software, preferably iTWO / ARRIBA
