What you will be doing in your new role:

• Technically and economically optimal execution of construction projects with various ground improvement procedures (deep vibroflotation)
• Coordination of work preparation, construction schedule, and selection of equipment and procedures
• Contract review and change order negotiations
• Performance and cost control as well as monitoring of quality standards
• Conducting discussions and negotiations with clients, contractors, and authorities
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of commercial employees
• Staff disposition and development

What we are looking for in you:

• Completed degree in construction with several years of professional experience
• Experience in leading teams
• Unrestricted mobility and willingness to travel throughout Germany
• Proficient use of MS Office products
• Independent, open-minded, persuasive, and confident in negotiations
