We are supporting a client near the Berwyn PA area in need of a Sales and Use Tax Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare and file state and local sales and use tax returns on a timely basis.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant sales and use tax laws and regulations.
- Manage and respond to sales tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities
- Analyze sales and use tax implications of business transactions, including contracts, agreements, and new business initiatives.
- Conduct research on sales and use tax issues, including changes in legislation and industry trends.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on sales and use tax planning and strategies
