The Playbook:
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing world-class men’s and boys’ haircuts (precision is the name of the game).
Delivering the "MVP Experience"—hot steamed towels, massaging shampoos, and neck/shoulder treatments.
Consulting with clients to find the look that fits their lifestyle.
Keeping the "locker room" (the salon) clean, organized, and ready for the next play.
What You Bring to the Team
A Valid State Cosmetology or Barber License.
A passion for men’s grooming and a desire to stay on top of the latest trends.
A "Team Player" mentality—we win together.
Strong communication skills (you don’t need to be a sports fanatic, but you do need to be a people person).
The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
