The role

We're hiring an experienced Hair Stylist with strength in hair color and extensions
-beautiful results, strong consultations, and consistent standards. You'll build loyal guests and work within clear systems that support professionalism, growth, and a consistently 5-star experience.

What you'll do

• Provide elevated services with a focus on custom color (highlights, balayage, dimensional color, grey coverage/transition, toning) and extensions (based on your training/strengths)
• Deliver elevated consultations using digital tools and create customized hair plans (goal + maintenance schedule + home care)
• Confidently recommend services, upgrades, and home care in a genuine, never-pushy way
• Maintain timing, cleanliness, and a polished guest experience
• Take before/after photos and support a strong rebooking + referral culture
• Follow Pure's service standards, protocols, and team expectations
• Continue growing through education, coaching, and feedback

You're a great fit if you…

• Have 2+ years behind the chair (or equivalent) with strong foundations
• Have experience in hair color and extensions (or advanced strength in one + willingness to grow in the other)
• Are confident in consultations and client communication
• Care about quality, professionalism, and a calm, positive environment
• Are coachable and open to ongoing education
• Want to build a long-term clientele in a standards-driven salon
