Anticipated Hours Per Week: 16-20 hrs/wk

Set weekly shifts:

• Saturday & Sunday: 7.5-hour shifts (specific hours are flexible and can be adjusted based on mutual agreement between the caregiver and client).
  If you are not available for both weekend days but are available for one day (Saturday or Sunday), we are still accepting applicants and encourage you to apply!
• Flexibility:
  Hours can be adjusted if discussed between caregiver and client.
• Location:
  
  Client lives outside the Madison area, closer to Verona / Mount Horeb

Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $15.00 to $18.00

Compassion Caregivers, LLC is seeking a caring and dependable part-time caregiver to assist in providing support for a 13-year-old girl in her home. This position is ideal for students in Nursing, Medical, or PT/OT programs looking for hands-on experience. No prior experience is needed – training will be provided.

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with G-tube feeding (training provided)
• Providing gait training and safe transfers
• Assisting with toileting and incontinent care
• Helping with laundry and light housekeeping in essential areas
• Offering companionship and encouragement in daily activities
• Following care plan and communicating with family/caregivers as needed

• Caring, patient, and dependable
• Interest in healthcare, nursing, or caregiving
• Must have reliable personal transportation to and from the client’s home (no public transit access in the area)
• Must have a cell phone for communication and Sandata (EVV) purposes
• Nursing, Medical, or PT/OT students encouraged to apply
• No experience necessary – all training provided

• Ability to assist with mobility, including supporting or transferring client as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
