Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Pharmacist to join our esteemed LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) pharmacy team in York, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a schedule that supports work-life balance and an attractive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and interpret patient medical records
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure pliance with current laws and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy
- Apply principles, practices, and techniques of pharmacy to deliver optimal patient care
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
D from an accredited college or university
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of employment
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Pharmacist in an inpatient or acute care setting
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy principles, practices, and techniques
- Strong understanding of the current laws and regulations governing pharmacy practice
- Excellent interpersonal and munication skills, both verbal and written
Shift: Days with 1 weekend per month
