Job Description
We are hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide essential 1-on-1 support to a 9th grade male student in an AS classroom near Quakertown, PA. The student has autism and displays middle to high intensity behaviors, including seizures. Training on seizure management protocol will be provided, and the student carries a helmet and backpack with supplies.

Responsibilities
:

• Offer consistent 1-on-1 support to a 9th grade male student.
• Execute behavior intervention plans in an AS classroom setting.
• Observe and manage the student's behaviors and seizures.
• Document the student's progress and behavioral data.
• Collaborate effectively with educational and therapeutic staff.

Qualifications
:

• National RBT certification (required).
• At least 3 years of experience working with older students with moderate to severe caseloads (required).
• Background in supporting students with autism and behavioral issues.
• Competence in handling seizure protocols.
