Job Overview

We are a home care aide services agency that has been in business since 2007, providing home care services in 15 states. We are currently seeking a Personal Care Aide to support an elderly male veteran in Suntrana, AK.

• Position Type:
  Long‑term, part‑time (10 hours per week)
• Schedule:
  
  Flexible, must adhere to agreed schedule
• Compensation: $30/hour (base $26/hour + $4/hour bonus for full shift completion)

  Immediate

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to maintain client independence
• Provide companionship and support during daily activities
• Follow client care plans and communicate any concerns to supervisory staff

• Previous caregiving experience required
• Background check completed prior to employment
• TB skin test must be completed within 48‑72 hours of hire (reimbursed $25 for test at county health department; $75 reimbursed for CVS/Minute Clinic if used)

• Same‑day pay options available for caregivers
• Comprehensive training provided on specific duties
