Come join the team with WeCare anon Care Center! WeCare anon Care Center is actively seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant for our community in Pittsburgh, PA. Our Physical Therapist Assistant helps residents improve their mobility and move forward.
Key Responsibilities- Making modifications to treatments as directed by the physical therapist to help the patient progress or to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Preparing patients and equipment for therapy and implements treatment plans as instructed, including exercise, stretching, applying modalities, and functional mobility training.
- Recording patient's reaction to treatment and providing status reports at the end of each treatment.
- Using assistive devices and other equipment to help patients regain movement and reduce pain.
- Graduate of an accredited PTA Program.
- Current State PTA License.
- Outpatient experience is preferred.
