Location:

Jacksonville, FL (Clay, Duval, and St. Johns counties)

Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Various weekday, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts are available based on availability.

• Provide hands‑on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support clients with daily routines while maintaining dignity and respect

• Active CNA license, home health aide certificate from accredited school or at least 1 year of consistent caregiving experience
• Active CPR certification
• Current TB test with negative results (within the past year)
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability are essential for this position
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background screening (Level 2 background screening )

• Experience with senior care, dementia care, or mobility assistance
• Prefer steady, consistent assignments over last‑minute scheduling
• Consistent work history in caregiving roles
• Professional, respectful, and patient demeanor
• Showing up on time and maintaining a consistent schedule
