• Medication Accuracy:
  Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness and safety.
• Patient Safety:
  Assess patient history and potential drug interactions to prevent conflicts.
• Inventory Control:
  Manage and maintain medication inventory with precision.
• Expert Support:
  Provide drug information and supervise pharmacy students and technicians.
• Collaborative Care:
  Partner with the healthcare team on patient care and discharge planning.

• Education:
  Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college (Required);
  PharmD preferred.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience or Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) in a clinical setting (Preferred).
• Certifications:
  • PA Pharmacist License (Required)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Preferred)

• 12:30pm-11pm
