Assignment Duration7 weeks, starting June 1
Schedule- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM)
- Day shifts
- Dispense medications accurately and timely at the retail pharmacy window
- Counsel patients on medication usage and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmaceutical care
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and protocols
- Active Alaska pharmacist license required
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Minimum of two years of pharmacy experience preferred
- Housing is provided and fully paid for by the medical center; conveniently located near the hospital
- No rental car reimbursement is offered due to proximity of housing to work
- Pets are not permitted in hospital-provided housing
