Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist for our Reading, PA location. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with experience in retail or long‑term care settings, looking for per diem opportunities to contribute to patient care and pharmacy operations.

• Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Medication Dispensing: Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Patient Counseling: Provide detailed information to customers about their medications, including usage, potential side effects, and storage instructions. Enhance patient understanding and adherence to their treatment plans.
• Customer Service: Deliver superior customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive interactions with patients and healthcare providers.
• Pharmacy Operations: Assist in daily pharmacy operations, including managing inventory and ensuring a well‑organized and efficient workspace.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Licensing: Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Experience: Experience in a retail or long‑term care pharmacy setting is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional patient care.
