Interim Health Care Home Care is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients in a home care setting. You will establish treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to improve mobility and reduce pain, while educating patients and families to promote independent living.
Collaborating with other providers, you will help achieve the best patient outcomes with a patient-centric approach and flexible scheduling options including FT, PT, and PRN roles.
