Senior Manager, Clinical Informatics

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collaborative implementation, support, and on-going optimization of clinical informatics
• Manage staff performance in informatics initiatives
• Promote safe, effective, and efficient use of information technology in clinical settings
• Work across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals
• Collaborate with senior management and peers on strategy development and execution planning

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing or Bachelor's/Master's:
  Informatics, BA, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or related healthcare field.
• 8 years Related experience.
• 6 years Leadership experience.
• Upon hire:
  Certification in Informatics
• Upon hire:
  Epic Certification in one or more applications
• Upon hire:
  Informatics certifications or credentialing (may be equivalent for up to 2 years of experience for this position at the hiring manager’s discretion)

Demonstrates expertise in clinical informatics implementation and optimization, with a strong focus on leadership and collaboration across functions. Holds relevant certifications and extensive experience in managing informatics initiatives within healthcare settings.
