Job Summary:
The Director of Site Engagement will be responsible for overseeing site operations, optimizing revenue cycle management, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the revenue cycle, payer contracts, and compliance issues. This role requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to travel, and a deep understanding of financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee and optimize all aspects of the revenue cycle to ensure efficient operations and maximum financial performance.
- Leadership: Lead by influence, guiding and mentoring site managers and teams to achieve operational excellence and engagement.
- Compliance and Contract Management: Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to payer contracts, implant billing procedures, and compliance with Medicare regulations. Navigate audit guidelines effectively.
- Financial Oversight: Review and analyze Profit & Loss statements to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
- Travel: Commit to travel requirements as needed to engage with various sites and ensure cohesive operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an upper management role within a healthcare setting, with demonstrated experience in revenue cycle management, compliance, and financial oversight.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle processes, payer contracts, implant billing, Medicare compliance, and audit guidelines.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead by influence, inspire teams, and drive performance.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in reviewing and interpreting Profit & Loss statements to inform strategic decisions.
- Location: Must reside in PA, NJ, NY, or CT.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to various sites as required by the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications relevant to healthcare management or revenue cycle (e.g., Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP)).
