Job Description

The Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) - (Female Only) at Caresense Living is a full-time, hourly healthcare/medical job located in Warminster, Pennsylvania. This individual contributor role is responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with physical and/or developmental disabilities in their homes. The Lead DSP will also be responsible for supervising and training a team of DSPs, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.

Tuesday Through Saturday 2pm to 10pm

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $19 per hour, paid biweekly. Employees are also eligible for company benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.

• Provide direct care and support to clients with physical and/or developmental disabilities, following their individualized care plans
• Administer medication to clients as prescribed by their healthcare professionals
• Train and supervise a team of DSPs, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide quality care
• Coordinate and schedule shift coverage to ensure round-the-clock care for clients
• Monitor clients' health and well‑being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and up‑to‑date
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care for individuals

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct care, preferably with individuals with disabilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be female
