H2 Health Senior Care Central PA in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. You will provide 1:1 physical therapy care for a geriatric population with orthopedic, neurologic and post-operative needs, in a collaborative outpatient or memory care setting.
Ideal candidates have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program, can work independently, and hold or be eligible for a PA license.
