Job Description:

Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in Allentown, PA. As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mental health, emotional well-being, and academic success of students within the school munity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to help students manage emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support students' academic and social development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create effective support plans and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist license or certification.
  • Previous experience working as a school psychologist in an educational setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills.
  • Excellent munication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
