We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, including tube feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

• Experience in hospice care or caregiving is preferred
• Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Proficient in meal preparation techniques
• Familiarity with tube feeding protocols
• Understanding of senior care needs and challenges
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy guidelines
• Strong communication skills for effective patient care coordination
