Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to drive strategic referrals and deepen relationships with healthcare partners nationwide. You will educate providers on hospice options, identify opportunities across hospitals, home health agencies, SNFs, and clinics, and promote our services through events and in-services.
