As a Patient Registration Representative , you willbe the first point of contact for patients , ensuring they receive fast, compassionate, andaccurateaccess to care

This is more than registration —it’sa frontline healthcare customer service role where you directlyimpactpatient experience, hospital operations, and revenue cycle success.
What You’llDo:
Provide exceptional customer service andassistpatients and families with the check-in processworking across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently
Answer phones and gather
** accurate
* * patient information quickly in a fast-paced environmentSupport timely access to care by minimizing delays in registrationand answer questions with confidence, clarity, and compassion
Build trust with patients during moments when they may be ill, anxious, confused, or overwhelmed
Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details, enter demographics and medical data, collectco-paysand provide cost estimates when applicable
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow

What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional customer service experience,communication and interpersonal skills
Strong composure and professionalismina fast-paced environment
Ability to
** multitask and prioritize quickly with
** high attention to detailComfortable with shifting priorities based on patient needs
Experience with patient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front deskis a plus (but not required)
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements
