Caregiver (Hourly) 9am-9pm ​/ 9pm- 9am

Job Description

Seeking an experienced caregiver to care for client in Swarthmore, PA. Caregiver will be working with a client who requires a wheel chair and must be Hoyer lifted in and out of his chair. Caregiver will be required to bath, dress and provide assistance where needed. Light housekeeping, laundry and cleaning will be required. Caregiver will have some down time while on shifts too.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist client with daily living activities.
• Provide transfers and gait assistance, when required.
• light housekeeping.
• Work one-on-one with the client, enhancing their quality of life.
• Ability to use a hoyer lift

Job Requirements:

• Past caregiving experience (either professionally or with family members), is preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check including fingerprints and Pa child abuse program. .
• Excellent references from past employers and supervisors.
• Current 2 step PPD, Quentiferon gold or chest x-ray.

PA Child Abuse clearance and FBI fingerprint clearance will be required.
