Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join our team in Kennett Square, PA. This role focuses on creating bespoke pharmaceutical preparations—personalized compounded medications tailored to meet individual patient needs.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in non-sterile compounding, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Prepare accurate non-sterile compounded medications in accordance with master formula worksheets and established procedures.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure patient safety and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain proper cleaning, garbing, and preparation standards according to company policies.
• Perform pharmaceutical calculations and complete all required documentation accurately.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while following established procedures.
• Apply proper compounding techniques to ensure medication quality and consistency.
• Prepare and organize work areas before production activities.
• Operate and monitor technical and computerized equipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure the quality, purity, and potency of compounded preparations.
• Perform quality control testing and inspections to verify preparation accuracy.
• Stay current with new compounding techniques, formulations, and technologies.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development related to compounding pharmacy practices.

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Recent pharmacy experience.
• Required:
  
  Previous non-sterile compounding pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of compounding practices, documentation, and quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
