* Position Summary:

** Teaches basic life support, first aid and related emergency courses and prepares all associated paperwork and reports for classes.  Helps fulfill the responsibilities of the Regional EMS Office.
Promotes public awareness of injury prevention and participates in direct interventions to prevent injuries from occurring.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Education:

** High school diploma or GED required.
* *
* Minimum Experience:

** Prior experience instructing or teaching, familiar with the State EMS system.
* ** License, Certification and Registration:
** Current CPR/First Aid, EMT1 or higher.
* ** Equipment/Tools/Word-Aids:
** Knowledge of EMS equipment
* ** Specialized Knowledge/

Skills:

** Good human relations, excellent oral/written communications, and a working knowledge of computers.
