Apex Companion Care, a part of LHC Group and member of the Optum family, is hiring a home-based Caregiver to support an individual in their own home. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and accompany clients to appointments as needed.
PRN, flexible hours, and opportunities for development are available. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred; 13–20 USD per hour, plus benefits for eligible staff.
