US Department of Defense - Eielson Air Force Base - Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate catering for banquets, parties, receptions, luncheons and other events;
Obtain guest counts, seating, decorations, music/entertainment from host; determine service types and prices;
Draw up party contracts and obtain host signatures; commit to arrangements and prices;
Coordinate with chef/head cook and staff; arrange menus, decorations, entertainment, and table setups;
Inspect final arrangements to ensure contractual terms are met; greet hosts; supervise party in progress
