Location: Nightmute
Knik Construction is seeking a reliable Housekeeper / Cook Helper to assist with cleaning camp facilities and supporting the Cook with food preparation and clean-up. This role supports daily camp operations and requires the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Davis Bacon Wages - Per Contract
ResponsibilitiesOther duties as assigned.
- Clean restrooms, lounge areas, corridors, windows, hallways, and other work spaces while keeping the prescribed health and hygiene standards
- Performs a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate
- Assists Cook with food preparation and clean-up
- Haul water if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Pre-hire drug test required
