As Hospitality Manager, you create a spirit of hospitality in the Front‑of‑the‑House by fostering a warm, positive environment, selecting friendly and talented co‑workers, and leading the human and financial resources. You ensure a profitable operation and an environment that "makes pleasure dining affordable," while delivering an experience that turns guests into long‑term loyal customers. You also oversee overall restaurant operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor, in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.
Requirements- Strong, stable work history and management experience in a high‑volume, casual dining or family‑style restaurant.
- Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
- Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
$4,166.00 - $5,000.00 per month
