About the Role: As a Staffing Recruiter at Abel Personnel, you will play a crucial role in connecting talented professionals with companies seeking to fill their positions. You will leverage your recruitment experience to understand candidates’ career goals and match them with roles that align with their skills and aspirations. Additionally, you'll build and nurture relationships with both job seekers and clients, ensuring a continuous stream of high‑quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Recruiting:
    Source and identify potential candidates through cold calls and resume reviews, focusing on IT, accounting, administrative, clerical, and customer service roles.
  • Candidate Engagement:
    Provide detailed information to candidates about job opportunities, conduct insightful interviews, and establish strong relationships.
  • Client

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, ensuring a perfect match for their open positions.
  • Strategic Hiring:
    Design and implement effective hiring strategies, publish job posts, and stay updated on industry trends to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operational management or a related field, with a strong background in hiring and employee management. Consistent work history with proven longevity required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport. Strong organizational, time management, and detail‑oriented skills are essential.
  • Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience in recruiting for IT, Accounting, Administrative, or Customer Service roles.
