Responsibilities- Experience Center & Event Technology
:
Command the technology powering our cutting‑edge Experience Center, Conference/Collaboration spaces, and individual workstations. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and support the AV for high‑profile customer events, product launches, and internal hackathons, creating unforgettable, immersive experiences that reflect our innovative spirit. This technology includes large format LED walls, video processors, digital signage displays, including cameras, lighting, sound, and smaller conferencing room spaces. - Creator & Colleague Enablement

Deliver exceptional "white-glove" support to our developers, creatives, and leadership. You are the go‑to expert who removes technical roadblocks, ensuring our teams have the seamless tools they need to design, code, and innovate without interruption. - Advanced AV/IT Systems
:
Master and maintain the sophisticated AV and IT ecosystem within our modern workspace. From integrated conference rooms (Crestron, Logitech) complex audio‑visual hardware, to supporting colleagues with their IT Support needs. You will be the escalation point for the most challenging technical issues.

- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a fast‑paced corporate IT support role.
- Demonstrated experience with professional A/V production equipment (lighting, audio, cameras, Dante, NDI).
- Expertise with enterprise conference room technologies (Logitech, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms).
- Advanced support knowledge of Windows
11, iOS, and macOS in a developer‑heavy environment. - In‑depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office
365 application suite.
- A passion for technology and a drive to provide outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
- A proactive and analytical approach to problem‑solving.
- This is a full‑time role expected to work 40 hours per week, office‑based in the US.
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
- Requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
