Job Overview
Production Support / SRE role focused on Linux/Unix administration, SQL, automation (Python/bash/Perl/Ruby/Shell), messaging (MQ, CPS, XML, FIX), CI/CD (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Docker), data streaming (Spark, Kafka), observability and monitoring (Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, App Dynamics), configuration/release management tools (Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Git Hub).
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 12+ months of production support for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Collaborate with development and operations teams to design and implement automated monitoring and deployment pipelines.
Requirements- 6 to 8 years of total industry experience in production support and SRE.
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix systems, SQL, and automation scripting.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, and Docker.
- Experience with data streaming platforms like Spark and Kafka.
- Knowledge of observability tools:
Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, App Dynamics. - Configuration management skills using Puppet, Ansible, or Chef.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
South Jordan, UT (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office mandatory). 12+ months contract to hire.
EducationBachelor’s degree required.
