In this role, you will help ensure that the appearance and the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives.

This position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL , effective May 7, 2025, a REAL  driver’s license/ required in order to access the federal facility.

• Responsible for cleaning whole homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
• Responsible for cleaning activities in common areas, including community centers, office spaces, bathrooms, windows, and floors.
• Responsible for carrying and maintaining all cleaning supplies necessary to perform routine functions.
• Responsible for completing work quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
• May be responsible for other common‑area cleaning, including trash pickup, dog‑waste station clean‑up, and community trash removal.

• Currently enrolled in a high‑school program.
• Less than one year of relevant work experience.
• A current vehicle license in good standing and meeting the driving‑records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Ability to understand spoken and written English.
• Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• REAL : a REAL ‑compliant driver’s license/ required to access the federal facility.
