Site - Project Manager

SUMMARY
The New Site Openings Project Manager administers policies relating to all phases of new site implementation within various districts; provides direct oversight of all managers, administration and human resources responsible for the site in regard to new site implementation; and identifies, evaluates, and resolves potential operational issues and facilitates communication to improve work performance and client satisfaction beyond initial implementation. The Manager works closely with all Functional and Operational Executives to ensure that corporate initiatives and Towne Park cultural perspectives are developed and maintained during and beyond new site openings.

: $90,000 - $100,000 annual base pay.

Paid Time Off
: 0.0654 hours per hour worked up to 136 hours per calendar year; 6 paid holidays and up to 4 paid floating holidays per year.
- Directs activities of District Managers, Account Managers, and district support during new site implementation to meet objectives (30% of time).
- Assists in training management on contract site responsibilities, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and Towne Park policies (30%).
- Conducts weekly Critical Path conference calls and attends meetings to meet client and senior leadership expectations (20%).
- Works closely with managers to maintain high performance, monitors new accounts to initial client invoice, and coordinates with Operations Support, Account Manager, Manager of Talent Operations, and Corporate Recruiter (20%).
- Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university.
- 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- General business practices including accounting, human resources, and client relations.
- Managing/Operating multiple service lines.
- Working knowledge of the Critical Path Process.
- Planning, setting priorities, managing multiple complex projects under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Computer proficiency with Office
365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Smartsheet, Salesforce. - Effective written and verbal communication at all levels.
- Judgment, discretion, and ability to represent the company in diverse settings.
- Reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business policies, procedures, manuals, training materials, and corporate communications.
- Composing professional internal and external business communications such as reports, memos, letters, and e‑mails.
- Performs duties independently with minimal supervision; routine decisions within guidelines.
- Controls only the resources available to the employee.
Requires regular talking or hearing, sitting or standing for extended periods, ability to run, walk, handle objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and adjusting focus. Lifting abilities up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 25 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly. Climate‑controlled environment but may be exposed to inclement weather.
Travel up to 20% may be required.
