Alaska Native Voices (ANV) seeks an experienced manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive growth for the program. You will oversee tour development, partner relations, and guest experience across Alaska’s cruise and destination sites.
In this role, you will recruit and guide Native Cultural Heritage Guides, coordinate logistics, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality, culturally respectful tours aligned with ANV's mission to honor Alaska Native traditions and communities.
