Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a challenging role that offers variety and the opportunity to work on exciting projects? Adecco Search is seeking qualified candidates for a direct hire position in Northampton, PA, with a dynamic, customer‑focused job shop.
Position OverviewAs a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC Vertical Machining Centers and CNC Horizontal Boring Mills. You will prove out, debug, and provide feedback on CNC programs, working independently with minimal supervision while consistently meeting customer demands.
Key Responsibilities- Program, set up, and operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers and CNC Horizontal Boring Mills.
- Prove out, debug, and provide constructive feedback on CNC programs to optimize operations.
- Maintain a high level of self‑motivation and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Proficiency with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls.
- Strong ability to interpret, edit, and efficiently program g‑code.
- Experience with Mastercam is a plus.
