** What you'll be doing as a Baker:*
* + Prepare dough by measuring, mixing, kneading, and fermenting ingredients according to recipes
+ Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers safely and efficiently
+ Monitor baking process to ensure products meet quality standards
+ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
+ Check product quality, appearance, and freshness before packaging
+ Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
+ Manage inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages
+ Assist in developing new bread varieties if required
+ Ensure timely production to meet daily sales demand
